Wildflowers are exactly what the name implies, "wild" which means you plant them in the fall for spring growth. Spring means when your ground has thawed and the soil temperature (not the ambient temperature) is at least 65 to 70 degrees Fahrenheit. This is an heirloom seed, meaning it has been passed down from generation to generation for at least 75 years. As a rule, heirloom seeds taste better and will grow the same year after year.
