First-early onions from seed. Onion Long Day Bridger has large, flattened globe bulbs that can be harvested in August from spring sowings for short-term storage.
In areas with normal low winter temperatures above -10°F, Bridger seeds sown in August can be harvested early the next summer. In colder areas,
it can be planted in the fall and covered with row cover and Quick Hoops™. Adaptation: 35–50° latitude.
Easy to grow.
These are disease resistant and sweet. They can grow up to one pound each.
Harvest in about 110 days. Germination rate is about 80% or better.
