Herb Stevia 25 Non-GMO, Organic, Heirloom Seeds
Use the leaves of the Stevia plant fresh, dried, powdered, or as a liquid to sweeten foods and drinks. You can encourage a bushy habit by pinching back the growing tips every few weeks for the first 1-2 months of growth.
Stevia also grows well in containers as a houseplant or on the patio—choose a 14 inch diameter pot and use well-drained soil. Tender perennial. Our Stevia seeds produce high-yielding plants.
These seeds have been organically grown. This is why they are a bit expensive.
Stevia can be hard to germinate. Requires a lot patience. Harvest in about 120 days.
Germination rate about 80% when the seeds are put into a container with a piece of fine sandpaper and shaken. For years I had problems getting these to germinate until I did this.
David recommends this as part of your Doomsday kit since it can provide something sweet.
Our Non-GMO seeds are sustainable. Our packaging is environmentally friendly, climate friendly, reusable, and recyclable.
This is the Stevia rebaudiana, I hear there are some 200 types.

This is an heirloom seed, meaning it has been passed down from generation to generation for at least 75 years. As a rule, heirloom seeds taste better and will grow the same year after year.
These are also open pollinated meaning they will reproduce themselves. While all heirlooms are open pollinated not all open pollinated seeds are heirlooms.
Freshly Packed: These stevia seeds are packed for the current growing season and will provide high germination rates next year as well.
