Lemon Pickling Cucumber produces small, rounded, pale yellow cucumbers. This versatile cucumber is sweet and flavorful, and doesn't have much of the chemical that makes other cucumbers bitter and hard to digest.

Lemon Cucumber is often served raw, but it is also a good pickling cucumber. Specialty market salad item. Pick at 1 and 1/2 to 2 and 1/2 inch diameter.

NOTE: Very late to begin bearing.

Harvest in about 62 days. Germination rate about 80% or better.

These plants are monoecious cucumbers which require bees, insects or wind to pollinate the female flowers so that they can turn into cucumbers. Wind will blow the pollen from male to female flowers.

These seeds have been grown organically.

Our Non-GMO seeds are sustainable. Our packaging is environmentally friendly, climate friendly, reusable, and recyclable.

David’s Garden Seeds is a Veteran owned business that has been offering quality cucumber seeds since 2009.

We cannot possibly put all the directions you need for growing pickling cucumbers in your area on the seed package. We recommend that you read articles or check with other gardeners in your area.

This is an heirloom seed, meaning it has been passed down from generation to generation for at least 75 years. As a rule, heirloom seeds taste better and will grow the same year after year.

These are also open pollinated meaning they will reproduce themselves. While all heirlooms are open pollinated not all open pollinated seeds are heirlooms.

Freshly Packed: These seeds are packed for the current growing season and will provide high germination rates next year as well.

Recommended for doomsday growing because of its color.
