Pepper Specialty Sweet Marconi Red is nearly 8 inches long, these thick-walled peppers are used in salads, stir fries, fajitas, Italian sauces and just about anywhere you want a sweet pepper. 

Maturing from green to red, this beauty is delicious at any stage but best when harvested later in the season in a deep red color. 

Harvest in about 75 days. Germination rate about 80% or better.
