Cucumber Pickling Salt and Pepper is a white-skinned pickling cucumber with improved natural defenses.

Compared to Miniature White (which it replaced) and Boothby's Blonde, the 3 to 5 inch fruits are similar in size, with improved flavor and good tolerance. 

Cucumber Pickling Salt and Pepper has black spines. 2011 Green Thumb Award Winner.

Good tolerance to angular leaf spot and powdery mildew.

Harvest in about 49 days. Germination rate is about 80% or better.
