Pepper Hot Biquinho Red known as Little Beak pepper from Brazil. The small, pointed fruits average 1 and 1/4 inches and have a unique, slightly tart flavor with a tiny bit of heat.

Pepper Hot Biquinho Red may be eaten raw or cooked, but is generally pickled in vinegar and served with meals. Fruits turn from very pale green to red. Quite popular in Brazil, where they originated.

Harvest in about 55 days for lime green and 75 days for a ripe red color. Germination rate about 80% or better.
