California Wonder Bell Peppers are a classic heirloom variety known since the 1920s for their smooth, blocky fruits with mostly four thick-walled lobes. The peppers grow up to 4 by 4¾ inches, with foliage that offers excellent coverage and protection for the fruit. This variety is resistant to tobacco mosaic virus, enhancing plant health and yield reliability. Harvest green peppers in about 70 days, or wait 85 days for mature red fruits. Seeds have a germination rate of 80% or higher and are sustainably produced with eco-friendly packaging to support responsible gardening.
