Herb Calypso is indispensable for Southwestern cooking, as well as Chinese, Thai, and others. Calypso is the slowest to bolt of any cilantro available.

Calypso produces leafy, full plants give lots of leaves to harvest for  salsa, salads, and pico de gallo.

Harvest in about 50 days. Germination rate is about 80% or better.
