Shipping Policy

Shipping is a flat rate of $4.95 up to $14.99 in merchandise. This total does not include shipping or taxes. There is free shipping for purchases, not including tax or shipping, that are $15.00 and over.

On orders that total $50 or more, we require signature tracking so someone will need to be home to sign for the package.

Handling Policy

Most of our orders go out within one to two business days of the date an order is received. Sometimes, we are out of an item and will have to wait to ship out an order until an item is restocked. In that case, we will send you an email letting you know.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges of our seeds.


We ship most of our packages on the same day or the first business day after we receive your order, depending on the time of day the order is received. If your order is received on a weekend or a holiday, it will not be filled and shipped until the next working day. Occasionally, we are out of a variety and will have to hold the order for a day or two until we get more seeds, but that is the exception.

We Are Not Responsible For Lost Packages

Once the packages are taken to the Post Office and are scanned in, you can track your package. All of our packages are shipped with USPS tracking. If tracking states your package has been delivered but you do not have it, check with anyone else who lives with you to see if they received it. Next, check with your neighbors to see if the mail delivery person mistakenly delivered it to the wrong address. Check with your mail delivery person if that fails. Finally, go to your local Post Office and see why you did not get your package.

We are not responsible to do this for you. Once USPS tracking shows your package has been delivered, we are not responsible. Please go to your post office to find out where your package is. You may need to file a claim with the post office. This is not our responsibility.

If Your Address Changes But You Forget To Update Your Address On Shopify

Sometimes, you move and then forget to update your address. We send your seeds to the address on your order so make sure to update your address. If you do not, your order will come back to us. At that point, we will refund you, but you will pay the shipping fee. It is not our fault that you did not put your correct address on your order. This happens quite a bit.

Customers get upset when we take $4 or more out of the refund. Postage with tracking costs anywhere from $3.01 to $10, depending on how much the package weighs and how far away it is going. We advertise free shipping on orders of $15 or more, but if the package comes back, we have lost shipping costs so we do not refund the shipping costs if it is not our fault that the package was returned.

Plus, we have used a padded envelope or a box as well as a label, the printed order, and the ink. If you still want the seeds after this, you will have to make a brand new order and please update your shipping address.
