Leafy Greens Mustard Red Giant has a mild mustard flavor. Larger, later, slightly darker, more narrow-stemmed, and 3 to 4 days slower bolting than Osaka Purple. 

Harvest in about 21 days for a baby size and 45 days for a full size. Germination rate about 80% or better.
