Green wave is the slowest-to-bolt mustard green. Heavily curled, frilly, bright green leaves are great for salad mix or full-size bunches. Mustard-y hot taste mellows when cooked. 

Harvest in about 21 days for baby leaves or 45 days for full sized leaves. Germination rate is 80% or better.
