Collards Champion 50 Non-GMO, Hybrid Seeds

Champion Collard is a hybrid collard variety that was developed in 1979. Some say it is now considered an open pollinated through years of breeding. As the name suggests, Champion Collard is a champion of the heat and cold. It is slow to bolt in spring and early summer as temperatures warm, and it is also extremely cold-hardy. In southern states, it can be grown throughout the entire winter with no issues.
