Bhut Jolokia Ghost Pepper Seeds plants are rated 800,000 to 1,001,300 on the  Scoville Scale. Heat is nothing less than intense and can be used in both fresh and dried forms. Commonly used in competitive chili pepper eating, India's Defense Organization even uses the pepper in non-lethal hand grenades, and pepper spray!  Guinness World Records certified the Bhut Jolokia Ghost Pepper as the world's hottest chili pepper in 2007. Ripe peppers measure 1 to 1 and 1/2 inches wide.
