Excellent milling and baking quality. Very good test weight and protein. High-yielding and very good baking quality. Hard red spring wheat with very good test weight and high protein. Lang-MN wheat has good all-around disease resistance, including scab, stripe, and stem rust resistance. Mid-to-late maturity. New variety bred by the University of Minnesota. Sow as early as possible in spring (delay reduces yield). Harvest August–September, 90 to 120 days after planting.
