For baby leaf or full grown. Italian heirloom, also known as "dinosaur" kale. Dark, blue-green strap leaves with a gently scalloped margin. Rich and tender with a mild kale flavor. Tolerant to hot and cold weather. Good for juicing. So I am told. Popular variety for making soups and kale chips. This greens is sometimes called Dinosaur Kale due to its dark green coloring and crinkled leaves.
