    The secret to growing sweet fruits, is to make sure they do not get any water the last couple of weeks they are maturing.

    It then do not get a lot of water, their brix (sugar in the fruit) will be high will make for a better tasting fruit.

    Being able to tell when it is ready to be picked is a science in itself. One David has not mastered.
