Shipping Fees: (As of 4-19 the PO has once again raised their rates)
Orders up to $100.00 shipping charge is $6.95.
Order from $100.01 and up shipping charge is FREE.
Lost Packages
If tracking states your package has been delivered, but you do not have it, wait two more days, then check with your Post Office. Ask for the GPS tracking which will show, within 6 feet, of where the package was delivered.
You can also file a search, after 7 days, if the package is not delivered. Click this link to start a search: Missing Mail.
Once you have done this, send us the information the post office gave you and we will check into it.
Many times customers find that someone else in the house hold received the package and forgot to say anything about it.
Shipping Policy
On orders that total $80 or more, we require signature tracking.
Someone will need to be home to sign for the package. You can sign up for Informed Delivery where the post office will send you a picture of any mail that is not junk. You can use this to plan on getting your package.
Returned Packages
Returned packages due to incomplete address or refused, not the fault of David's Garden Seeds, will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee and actual postage.
Handling Policy
Most of our orders go out within 3 to 4 business days of the date an order is received. Sometimes, we are out of an item and will have to wait to ship out an order until an item is restocked. In that case, we will send you an email letting you know.
Freight Forwarding
If you use a freight forwarder, make sure you check with them first to see if they will forward your seeds. Most customs officials will confiscate them and you will not get the seeds back or your money refunded.
We do not provide phytosanitary certificates which most countries require. These cost about $250 per product. We do not ship overseas.
Make sure you use the correct address. Your complete name has to be on the first line, then the business name followed with your account number. DO NOT PUT YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER AS A SUITE NUMBER. THE POST OFFICE COMPUTER WILL KICK IT BACK.

International customers should check local regulations for importing seeds. We do not offer phytosanitary certificates. We will not be responsible for customs issues.

All packages are shipped with tracking. Once tracking shows that the package is on its way, we will not be responsible if you do not receive it. No returns.
