Packed for Spring of 2024! If you've visited our Farm Store in person during the warmer months, you have seen the beautiful zinnias I grow in the flowerbeds in front of our Farm Store. In June of 2021, I chose ten single color zinnia varieties from our stock and mixed them together in a bowl. Then I planted them in both flowerbeds.

The zinnias are in shades of pinks, purples, white, yellow, orange, red, and green. I get more compliments on the zinnias from our customers than I get on anything else out here on the farm. Since then, I have added bi-color zinnias and Queeny zinnias to the mix.

The zinnias have been a bright, colorful mix with different types of zinnias. Each time we cut them down, we collect the seeds and save them. The zinnias reseed themselves as long as you leave the flowers in the bed to drop their seeds. Now, you can purchase your own 0.4 ounce bag of zinnia seeds or a one ounce bag of zinnia seeds harvested from our Farm Store flowerbeds to grow in your own garden. The seeds are not clean.

They are packed in plastic zip lock bags so as not to leak debris all over your vehicle and/or home. You get enough seed to fill your garden beds with the beautiful zinnia varieties that I grow here on our farm!

Because we are harvesting and cleaning the seeds ourselves, we do not do as good a job as with other seeds. Expect to find some plant debris in with your seeds. Don't expect to find a lot of debris, but there is some.

These zinnias are loved by both bees and butterflies so they are a wonderful pollinator attractant.  --Juanita aka Mrs. David's Garden Seeds®
