Fennel Florence is known to Italian gardeners as Finocchio. Dill-shaped leaves with distinctive licorice flavor.

Fennel Florence may produce bulbs, which can be blanched or eaten raw in salads. Grows up to 36 to 60 inches tall.

Harvest in about 90 days. Germination rate is about 80% or better.
