Red Russian Kale is a tender, colorful specialty for salad mix and bunching. It is a special, refined strain.

Red Russian Kale stems are purple; leaves are deep gray-green, purple-veined, flat, non-curled, and tooth-edged. The plants mature medium-tall and leaves are tender compared to other kales.

For salads, stir fry and light cooking. 

Harvest in 25 days for a baby and 50 days for fully development. Germination rate about 80% or better.
