Shipping And Return Policy


Shipping Policy

The shipping fee depends on the total of your order.

On orders that total $50 or more, we require signature tracking so someone will need to be home to sign for the package.

Handling Policy

Most of our orders go out within one to two business days of the date an order is received.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges of our seeds.


We ship USPS so make sure we have a good USPS address.

We Are Not Responsible For Lost Packages

Once the packages are taken to the Post Office and are scanned in, you can track your package. All of our packages are shipped with USPS tracking.

If tracking states your package has been delivered, but you do not have it, check with your Post Office.

Once USPS tracking shows your package has been delivered, we are not responsible. 

If your package is returned, we will charge a shipping and handling fee.

International Shipping

As of 9-18-22, 12PM, we will start accepting orders for shipping to Canada and Mexico. HOWEVER, the same policies above will apply. Once tracking shows that the package has cleared the San Antonio Post Office, we will not be responsible for the time it takes for the package to be delivered or if it gets lost. It is your responsibility to make sure the package will clear customs. We do not supply Photo-sanitary Certificates. Any package returned to us will have the shipping fee and 15% restocking fee deducted from the refund. There will be no signature tracking for international orders. We only ship using USPS.
