Table Queen Acorn Squash produces vigorous, prolific vines that produce medium sized dark olive-green, acorn shaped, deep ribbed fruits. 5 to 6 inches long x 4 inches in diameter. Mature fruit have a small seed cavity and thin hard shell. Sweet, dry, golden-yellow, tender, medium thick flesh is excellent for baking, fried, or steamed. Can last up to 2 to 3 months in a cool dry place.
