    Pickled cucumbers, commonly known as pickles, are cucumbers preserved through brining or vinegar soaking, frequently enhanced with spices and herbs to develop complex flavors.     There are three main types of pickling cucumbers. Dill, Kosher Dill and Bread & Butter.

    Recently I have discovered Kosher Dills which are not as pungent as Dill pickles. Also they are blessed by a Rabbi (anything Kosher has been blessed by a Rabbi).

    Bread & Butter are sweet.
